When we started Aventur, our main goal was to focus on building our brand and customer relationships. We wanted to have your back for life and that is what we will do!
If you break your shades, contact us at email@example.com to request a new pair through our warranty program. Simply let us know the issue and supply your order number and we will process your claim. All you would need to do is cover the Shipping & Handling fee of $12.50 AUD. For international customers the cost is $22.00 AUD
Aventur Manufacture Lifetime Warranty
If your sunnies ever have an issue that is our fault such as a manufacturing issue or a problem that should not occur with normal use, we will replace your pair for 12 months.
There are no limits as to how many times a pair can be replaced under this warranty because we want to make any craftsmanship issue our responsibility. However, we will require photos of the issue and depending on the problem we may need for the damaged pair to be sent back into our warehouse. We have seen all sorts of attempts to try and miss-use our warranty programme so we are well aware of any unjustified breakages through testing ourselves.
Lost & Broken Warranty Replacements
Any issues that is not down to a manufacturing fault and is down to customer fault.
For Lost /Stolen Claims, each pair can be replaced once. This is to cancel out any unjustified claims.
For Broken Claims, each pair can be replaced twice.
Claims for Lost or Broken sunnies can be made for the same style/colour if supplies are available. If the style you request is sold out, you will have the option to be placed on pre-order if the style will be returning or to choose a different style within the same series.
The price for Shipping and Handling of each replacement pair is $12.50 AUD or ($22.00 International). This is an estimated cost to assist us in fulfilling all replacements. We aim to get this cost as low as possible.
To request a replacement, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will send you an invoice for S+H fee and get your claim processed once we receive payment.
"The Fine Print" - For our protection in being able to offer this awesome warranty program, we have to include these necessary terms: qualification for this coverage is at Aventur Eyewear’s sole discretion and may require pictures of and/or the actual sunglasses to review and approve a new pair. Aventur Eyewear reserves the right to deny any request for warranty coverage or to recommend a different course of action as necessary.
